ShopPotters 12 Days of Christmas – Full Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The ShopPotters 12 Days of Christmas promotion runs from 00:00 on 1st December 2025 to 23:59 on 12th December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Daily Prize Draws

  • From 1st–11th December 2025, one (1) daily winner will receive a pair of World Bowls Day Tickets.

  • On 12th December 2025, one (1) winner will receive a pair of World Bowls Finals Day Tickets.

  • All purchases made on shoppotters.com between 00:01 and 11:59 on each promotional day automatically qualify for that day’s prize draw.

  • Daily winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of their draw.

3. Grand Prize Draw

  • Every purchase made on shoppotters.com during the Promotion Period counts as one automatic entry into the Grand Prize Draw.

  • There is no limit to the number of entries; each purchase = one entry.

  • Grand Prize:

    • A 3-night All-Inclusive Weekend for two (2) at Potters Resorts Hopton-on-Sea.

    • Stay date: 2nd January 2026.

  • Stay dates are fixed, non-transferable, and cannot be amended.

4. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Employees of Potters Resorts, ShopPotters, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Daily prize winners are selected at random from all qualifying purchases between 00:01–11:59 each day.

  • The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random after the Promotion Period ends.

  • Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at checkout.

  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, ShopPotters reserves the right to re-draw the prize.

6. Prize Conditions

  • No cash alternatives are available for any prize.

  • All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

  • Prizes are awarded as stated and cannot be substituted.

7. General Conditions

  • ShopPotters reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion under exceptional circumstances where necessary.

  • ShopPotters accepts no responsibility for entries lost due to technical issues, connectivity problems, or user error.

  • By entering this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

  • ShopPotters’ decision regarding all matters relating to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
