Personalise Your Merchandise & Bowls Wear

Make your Potters merchandise or bowls wear your own by adding a personalised name or club logo.

Names can be added to Potters clothing, bowls wear, bowls and most merchandise, with the exception of knitted jumpers and cardigans, which cannot be personalised.

You can also add a 3-inch club logo to suitable bowls wear and merchandise. You will need to provide us with a clear, high-quality copy of your club logo and must have permission to use the logo.

The personalisation charge covers either one name or one 3-inch club logo on one item. If you would like multiple items personalised, please add the personalisation option to your basket for each individual item.

Before placing your order, please call our ShopPotters team on 0333 320 7403 to discuss your personalisation. This allows us to check that your chosen name or club logo will fit and can be added to the item you have selected.

If you haven't contacted us before placing your order, don't worry – a member of our team will call you before we begin personalising your item.

Please allow up to 15 working days for your personalised item to be completed and shipped.

Please be aware that additional charges may apply for more complex personalisation requests. Any additional costs will always be agreed with you before we proceed.

As personalised items are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
